66'

HOPPY & BALANCED CRAFT BEER

66˚ is the temperature at which we steep the grist and it is this application of science which allows us to extract exactly the right amount of sugars from the malted barley.

The art of brewing is in the choice and blend of the hops and malt. 66˚ has a slight sweetness and floral aroma from the hops and an underlying maltiness from three different types of malt. All providing enough body to balance the 4.2% ABV.

5C

GOLDEN SESSION ALE

5C craft beer is brewed in King's Cliffe in the county of Northamptonshire, but travel a short distance in any direction and you'll find yourself in one of the four counties of Rutland, Leicestershire, Cambridgeshire or Lincolnshire. And so 5C was named.

5C has quickly become a KCB favourite, undoubtedly because the golden colour, gentle hoppy taste and clean, refreshing finish has wide appeal. At 3.8% ABV it's a perfect "session" beer.

Not just a significant address in London. No.10 Kingsmead, King's Cliffe is where every pint of this beer starts life. Traditional English hop varieties and crystal malt combine to create this amber coloured craft beer with a distinctive but restrained malty flavour and a lasting aftertaste.

This is a traditional English pint, made with traditional English hops, in the traditional way.

P51

SMOOTH AND DISTINCTIVE PORTER

P51 is a porter named after the North American Mustangs which flew from RAF King's Cliffe between 1942 and 1945, and is brewed using an 1896 recipe which has been refined for the modern palate.

Six malts - including toasted and chocolate malts - combine to give a smooth and distinctive malt and fruit finish, with a hint of bitter chocolate.
